UMGC Transcript Request via MyUMGC
- Log in to MyUMGC using your user ID and password
- Scroll down and select "Official and Unofficial Transcripts" on the right-hand side
- Follow the directions on this "Transcripts" page to request the type of transcript you need, official or unofficial
Alternate Transcript Request Method
If you do not have access to MyUMGC, you can request your official UMGC transcript from Parchment.

Replacement/Duplicate Diploma Requests

Diplomas
University of Maryland University College will appear on diplomas granted before August 30, 2019. Students who graduate on or after August 30, 2019 will receive diplomas imprinted with University of Maryland Global Campus. Alumni who order duplicate or replacement diplomas after August 30, 2019 will receive documents imprinted with the University's new name, regardless of their graduation date.
The fee for a duplicate or replacement diploma is $50.
Transcripts
University of Maryland University College will appear on official and unofficial transcripts requested before August 30, 2019. Students who request official or unofficial transcripts on or after August 30, 2019 will receive transcripts with University of Maryland Global Campus, regardless of their graduation date.
The fee for an official transcript is $10. There is no charge for unofficial transcripts.
