Virtual career fairs can feel intimidating, especially when you’re unsure what to expect. This webinar is designed to help students and alumni feel more confident, prepared, and comfortable engaging with employers in the Virtual InternPLUS Fair. Participants will learn practical strategies to manage nerves and how to position yourself as a strong candidate.

You will learn how to:

•    Set realistic and informed expectations for virtual fair interactions

•    Navigate the Virtual InternPLUS Fair with clear goals and strategy

•    Use the employer matrix to identify aligned organizations and roles

•    Leverage platform features (leave-a-message, briefcase, follow-up) to extend engagement beyond the live session

•    Approach virtual career fairs as a professional networking opportunity

Hosted by: Jennifer Lucke, M.Ed. – Career Advising Specialist
