Kimberly Admire is the Chief Human Resources Officer for SAIC. In this role, Kimberly is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the organization’s human capital strategy with a focus on organizational culture and development, total rewards, talent management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
Prior to joining SAIC, Kimberly worked as the vice president of Culture, Diversity and Equal Opportunity Programs with Lockheed Martin Corp., where she was responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion strategies. During the course of her 16-year career with Lockheed Martin, Kimberly served in many key leadership positions, including Vice President, Human Resources for Enterprise Operations; Vice President, Human Resources and Communications at Sandia National Laboratories; Vice President, Human Resource Operations for Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems and Solutions; and Vice President, Human Resources and Security Operations for Lockheed Martin Management and Data Systems.
Kimberly has more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience in several industries including aerospace and defense, healthcare, and engineering and technology. During her career, Kimberly also served as a human resources consultant in New Mexico and Florida designing solutions and strategies for many organizations.
Kimberly is the chairman of Innovate+Educate’s Board of Directors and serves on its executive committee. Kimberly was a founding member of the American Cancer Society’s National Capital Region Corporate Council and is active in the community.
A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Kimberly received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Park University and completed a Master of Science from the University of Maryland University College.
