Headhunter volunteers make an impact by supporting career success for their fellow UMGC community. Each year University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) hosts a number of recruiter sessions as well as its annual Spring Career Fair, which is the university’s largest alumni and student career event. These events connect the UMGC community—246,000 alumni and 91,000 students—with premier employers nationwide and around the world.
